Inner Work for a More Meaningful Life

Grow & Thrive Academy

IFS Therapy · Insight-Oriented & Depth Psychology · Coaching & Personal Development

Welcome, my name is Cristina Revenco. I am a transpersonal accredited psychotherapist, Level 2 IFS practitioner, clinical counselor, and coach. For over eight years, I’ve worked with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds — in my private therapy practice, through EAP services, and in coaching sessions, workshops, and personal development programs.

My approach combines Internal Family Systems (IFS) with perspectives from depth psychology, research-based therapeutic methods, insights from psychotherapy and neuroscience, mindfulness and somatic techniques, hypnosis, art-therapy methods, and elements from transpersonal psychology. I don’t follow a rigid protocol; I adapt everything I know to your rhythm, history, and present needs.

My intention is to offer a space that feels safe enough for you to come closer to your inner world and, from that place of connection, gain a wider and clearer perspective on your life. Together, we can explore the parts of you that carry pain or helplessness, the ones that try to keep everything under control, as well as the parts that long for change, closeness, expression, or the fulfillment of meaningful goals. Wherever you find yourself in your journey, I believe that inner exploration can support you in living with more balance, clarity, meaning, and authenticity.

Therapy

Therapy aims to offer a space where you can feel safe enough to slow down and pay attention to what is happening in your inner world. Whether you are facing anxiety, low mood, the impact of trauma, navigating everyday challenges and life transitions, or simply want to connect with and understand yourself and others better, therapy can help you notice your emotions and patterns with more clarity.

As a transpersonal accredited therapist and Level 2 Internal Family Systems practitioner, I offer trauma-informed support with close attention to your inner experience. In our work together, we may gently get to know different parts of you — including the ones you find challenging or painful and the often hidden resources, talents, and insights they hold — while also strengthening your connection with your authentic Self so you can relate to these parts with more openness, compassion, and clarity.

Building strength and clarity

With therapeutic support, you can gradually build inner strength, develop more supportive ways of coping, and put words to experiences that may have felt confusing or overwhelming. This process can make it easier to meet life’s challenges with a wider perspective and a greater sense of choice, rather than feeling pulled back into the same familiar cycles.

Self-awareness and growth

Over time, therapy can deepen your self-awareness and help you feel more at home within yourself. Many people find that they become kinder with themselves, more emotionally steady, more balanced, and more able to live in a way that feels intentional and aligned with who they are now.

Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative space where we focus on clarity, direction, and intentional action. If you are looking for support in making meaningful personal or professional changes, 1:1 coaching offers a structured process that helps you move forward at a pace that makes sense for you. Because of my background as a psychotherapist, I bring a trauma-informed, psychologically aware, and depth-sensitive perspective to coaching, which helps us work with your goals in a way that respects your limits and overall wellbeing, while keeping the focus on growth and practical steps.

Together we explore what matters to you, what gets in the way, and what kind of life you want to build. We translate insight into concrete steps and strengthen the habits, perspectives, and skills that support long-term growth and self-leadership.

Coaching can be helpful if you want to clarify your direction, build healthier routines, navigate work or life transitions, feel more confident in your decisions, or stay connected to your values while you grow. Rather than pushing you toward constant achievement, coaching supports you in creating change that feels aligned, sustainable, and genuinely your own.

Courses & Workshops

Our courses and workshops are designed to bring psychological insight into everyday life in a clear and practical way. You can join online or in person to explore how you relate to your emotions, to stress, to your needs and limits, and to the people around you, in ways that are both reflective and applicable.

Whether you want to better understand yourself, relate to others in a healthier way, or support your wellbeing at work, these programs offer structured spaces for guided inner work.

Rather than promising quick transformation, the focus is on realistic, usable tools that you can integrate into daily life. You can expect a mix of reflection, gentle experiential exercises, and concrete practices that help you apply what you learn outside the session. This makes the work accessible whether you are just beginning your personal growth journey or looking to deepen skills you already have.

In addition to courses for individuals, I also offer workshops and trainings for teams and organisations that want to support mental health, communication, and a more human-centred culture at work. These can be tailored around topics such as stress and workload, emotional awareness in teams, work-life balance, boundaries and collaboration, or supporting people through change.

Habits that can help you Navigate Stress in a Hectic Life

Habits that can help you Navigate Stress in a Hectic Life

The world moves faster than our nervous systems can keep up with, constantly pushing us to do more, be more, and have more. We’re told that success, happiness, and fulfillment are always just one step ahead, but even when we achieve those goals, it often feels like it’s never enough. The pressure to constantly achieve, compete, and keep up with everyone else leaves us exhausted, disconnected, and burned out. It’s no surprise that, in the chaos of it all, we lose touch with what truly matters to us and find ourselves on the edge of burnout.

What Your Therapist or Coach Wants You to Know

In my journey as both a therapist and a coach, every client interaction has led to profound insights into myself and human relationships. These experiences have shaped my approach and deepened my understanding of what truly supports growth. In this post, I’m sharing key things that I believe, and many therapists and coaches would agree, are essential for clients to understand as they embark on their own transformative journeys.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Real Stories, Real Impact

Be inspired by those who have embraced transformation through therapy, coaching, and our courses

“I had the privilege of working with Cristina for a year, and it was truly transformative. Her coaching brought fresh perspectives to my challenges, helping me overcome inner doubts, focus on what truly matters in both my personal and professional life, and unlock my full potential. Thanks to her unwavering support and guidance, I was able to take decisive steps that ultimately led me to my dream job. Thank you, Cristina, for making such a meaningful impact on my journey!”

Carole Polsterer – COO of Kayali

“I am grateful to Cristina for our sessions, which helped me uncover and understand my inner parts, work toward understanding myself and reflect on the reasons behind certain feelings and actions. These sessions also provided tools to cope with and overcome a difficult life situation. I can recommend Cristina as a professional skilled in various techniques that can help, as well as a pleasant, interesting, and caring person.”

Tatiana Fedotova, Controlling manager

I’m incredibly grateful to Cristina for helping me realize that if we couldn’t live happily in marriage, it didn’t mean it was a life sentence. In our sessions, Cristina helped to work with my father’s disapproval, to go through it and to allow myself live a happy life.

I felt encouraged to pursue my dreams and passions and to allow myself to cultivate a better relationship with myself and healthier relationships with others. Two years ago, I never could have imagined playing my favorite song on a guitar at the top of a mountain or dancing in the streets as a performer, trying all these new activities, and cultivating a healthy and happy relationship with a man—but now, those things are a part of my life. Now I am no longer pursued by the question: “Do I do anything important in my life, do I take a significant place here?”. Now that I take full responsibility for the course my life takes, this question has simply vanished. Other questions arise, sometimes difficult, but I realize all the effort was worth it. I am grateful to myself and to everyone who helped me come to this state of mind.

My life is now full of new experiences. After a long period of struggling, I found a great job in a completely new topic as a junior business analyst, moved into a new apartment with my daughter, and tried new activities like balance board, slackline, and spinning poi. I’ve become more self-aware, understanding not only my own feelings and fears but also becoming more attuned to the motivations of others around me. More than that, I find other self-aware people who inspire me.

By taking care of myself, I’ve become a better parent. My daughter is thriving, exploring new hobbies, and I support her in every new adventure. She has a lot of struggles that any teenager’s life is full of, but I’m confident and calm about her – I’m sure that she’ll cope with it all right and I’m so proud of her. The self-compassion practices we worked on together with Cristina have helped me get in touch with my fears and feelings, and they’ve also shaped how I show up for others. They became a part of my routine.

Cristina, I really hope that you continue working as a psychologist because I don’t know where my mindset, decisions, and life would be without our sessions—they gave a huge boost to my personal development. So I really want you to help other people as well.

Natalia maslova, Business Analyst

“Working with Cristina has been incredibly impactful. I’ve learned to use my strengths more effectively, and her guidance has helped me improve my communication and decision-making. As a result, I feel more confident and capable of achieving both my personal and professional goals. A breakthrough moment for me was when we role-played a challenging relationship situation. It helped me express feelings I hadn’t been fully aware of and gave me valuable insights into my behavior. It also allowed me to see things from the other person’s perspective, which helped me understand my reactions better and approach similar situations with more clarity. It was a real eye-opener and made me more aware of myself and my interactions. These sessions have significantly enhanced my self-awareness and growth.”

Lucas, Business Analyst

“I found Cristina’s services through work during a very challenging time in my professional career. Her ability to calm me down with reason, her straightforwardness, her extensive knowledge and use of multiple approaches (psychological sciences, meditation, internal family systems and openness to spiritual topics) have impressed me. Her coaching has been very valuable to me and have pushed me to a place in life where I feel more secure and more clear to head towards a new path.”

Lilly, Entrepreneur

One of the biggest changes for me has been learning how to disconnect from work and be fully present with my family. I have so much more energy now to invest in the relationships that matter most. My performance anxiety has also improved a lot—I feel more composed and confident in tough situations. I’ve gotten better at handling stress and setbacks, and I’m way more in tune with my emotions. All of these changes have really made a difference, and I’m feeling genuinely optimistic about what’s ahead.”

Petru, Sales Manager

“Thank you so much for the amazing sessions. From the very start, I knew reaching out to you was the right choice. You’ve really listened to me, and I can’t express enough how much that has meant. I’ve learned so much about myself — especially why I’ve been struggling with certain things. You’ve helped me understand my motivations better and really get to the root causes of some of the challenges I’ve been facing. Thanks to you, I’ve been able to focus more efficiently, manage my time better, and build habits that actually stick. I’m so grateful for all the insights I’ve gained about myself while working with you!”
